Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. SCAM CALLER they say they are calling from your internet supplier and ask you to download a new programme - ask them to tell you YOUR name if they are calling from your provider they will know your name as their customer. They have called me three times now (once at 7am this morning!) they said I'm calling from your technical team as you are having issues with your internet - just follow my instructions and ....
