Well spoken gentleman claimed to be an organisation concerning loft fibreglass Insulation possibly causing damp. Asked what age group I was from. The more the questions were asked about visiting my home to inspect my loft the more I became suspicious when he paused when I said I prefer to be contacted in writing so I know the organisation was genuine or not. He replied I can get my manager to call you back. I declined and said no thanks I don't feel right about who you are. Possibly dangerous!

Rude, didn t listen and badly scripted. The unsolicited caller could not explain to me how she could claim back between ?2500 and ?112,000 (!!!) when all I have ever had is an overdraft that is paid off in full at the end of the month!!
