SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Claims to be an energy saving call, suggests your house needs insulating - When asked a searching question - rang off

Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

Caller claimed to be from BT technical services. She told me that there were a number of people using my internet connection and there numerous errors. I asked her for the error numbers and how did they know and my husband was to blame for using naughty sites - she rang off, saying that I could chose to believe or not.

Caller became abusive when told I didn't trust him

Kept calling over the weekend. Did not leave a message and as I do not know the number, did not answer. Have Blocked. tired of all these numbers trying to scam you.

SPAM After phoning me several times a day, every single day for a week, I finally picked up. Nobody spoke after I said "Hello" several times. I could hear background noise, and foreign language speakers chatting in the background. Highly likely a scam, just auto dialling a list of numbers in their database.
