By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Got a call from this number claiming to be from my Mobile Phone provider offering an upgrade. As I am on a PAYG tariff (satisfactory for my needs) I politely declined their offer and hung-up. If and when I want or need an upgrade I will decide which Company to approach.

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.
