I had two calls from this number. They told me that i have been sellected in the list of hundred people in a lucky draw. They asked me to choose numbers between certain digits. Then they asked me my bank account and sort code so that they could send me money if i win.... and i told them ????????????. Am i scammed?? I feel like it. How can i stop this? Plz help.

02 Nov 2021 - An Indian guy rang my mobile from this number, knew my name. I asked where he was calling from but couldn’t understand what he said, put him on loudspeaker and asked again and no one in my office could understand what he said? I asked what it was regarding and he said the rent on my address and knew my address?? I said I don’t rent my house and he put the phone down on me??? 02083752068, automated threat to turn off my BT phone and Internet service citing suspicious activity. I did press "1" as requested, exchanged a couple of " Hellos" and she hung up. So... Really poor service from BT? I think not.
This number keeps calling me, I don't bother to answer as no message ever left and I definitely don't know anyone from the area code.

Call from out of the blue from Lewis from Beneficial . Never heard of them.
This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. They take you to Event Viewer administrative events in order to show you a scary page with yellow warning triangles and red error messages. Then to another caller for their main strike. They have a complete spurious way of showing your apparent computer |ID which they can

SCAM this male 'Jack' calling from Virgin Media stated he had error messages from my Internet. When I said I had no Internet he sais he wanted to have set with me. I told him I was 89 and he asked me to blow him a kiss! He asked again for sex.
When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.
