Hassling you about a motoring accident and getting you to claim. My last accident was over 5 years ago and I dealt with a compensation claim off my own back. The details of the accident seem to stay on a d/b for years and these Co s just hassle people constantly! This particular Co call and hang-up. Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.
SCAM / SPAM Received a text from this number, +44 7377 428622, saying that I was due a refund from HMRC and providing a link to click on to start the claim process. Fairly clearly a malicious link so I deleted the text - suggest any other recipients do likewise.

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.
