I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. And yet, an internet search suggests that this number is regularly used as part of a scam. The Barclays operator need to wake up and start offering better advice than "don't worry, it's a Barcla

I answered the call to be asked if I d had a car accident before I could finish the word no I was TOLD someone definitely had an accident in my car!! I replied, well no one told me about it and they were nice enough to repair the damage and put my car back without me knowing ;-) don t answer the phone guys..these fools are opportunists!

Get constant calls from various numbers asking for "the business owner", unfortunately our number was used by a business about 10 years ago and occasionally appears in searches however that business closed down so they are obviously using old lists, but despite repeated attempts to get them to stop calling us and telling them there is no business at this address and they are ignoring our requests. Received a call from this number and when I answered it, I heard the person slam the phone down. I figured they had hung up thinking it was going to vmail so decided to call it back. A man answered and when I told him someone had just called me, he asked if I was a business. I asked him to tell me who they were first and he said, "Tut oh.." Then hung up!

Been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for a couple of weeks now, only rings once or twice then most times when you answer it hangs up! One occasion I did answer and the Liverpudlian lady at the other end was extremely rude and actually said to me "I don t know who you think you re talking to" when I said I wasn t answering her questions about a car accident!
