Have now been Called over 17 times, sometimes twice daily by supposed ACM on the following numbers 01619743531 01924928072 02036870287 01619743443, 02036870287, 02037387300, 0203687029, 02036870292 I have reported to ICO, however after googling I feel this is a scam or illicit company as there is no online trace. the most recent time I was called I stated I had reported to ICO and feel harassed I was told to calm down and the operater became aggressive. Report all calls to ICO!!!

I ve received a call on my mobile phone today from 0161 939 0236 telling me that I ve had a loan and I m entitled to a refund plus interest because I was mis sold the loan. In the first place neither my husband or myself have had a loan from our bank or on any credit card. The caller went on to name all the credit cards that I could own and from any bank (naming banks) that I may have had a card or loan from. Unintelligible call suggesting not to ignore the call and return accordingly. I called HMRC who confirmed that it was most likely a scam as they had no reason to contact me.

Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.

Retarded call system means you wait a while to have the "agent" speak to you. Rude staff, the typical rubbish ambulance chasing type. Report to the ICO, this practice is bad enough without having a two bit con firm deliver these calls at a very low standard even for this industry, should be closed down.
