keep calling to say about Microsoft. I ask which Officer they wish to speak to. which leads me to tell them they have called a police station and their call is possibly being recorded. They soon hang up.

Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.

Have had 4 phone calls this morning. 3 went dead when picked up. 1 was answer machine message about subscription to amazon and asked me to press 1 to cancel and 2 to discuss options. I put the phone down. Has anyone else had these calls?

rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! IF we all start harassing them back maybe they will change their attitude !

Had a call at 11:27. He said his name was Barry/ Garry and he was calling to renew my Vodafone contract. My contract is not due for renewal for another year! I told him I would ring back. I did not.

I suspect it s a fishing exercise to gather info we may seem to think is harmless but gives clues to passwords bank details and so on the first question was who do I bank with and do I bank online I am deeply suspicious of anyone asking about any of my financial details unsolicited as banks don t call asking my details so no-one else should either
