This is a research organisation that will be passed on your details when you use a service like Police, Fire, Local Authority or Social/Housing Associations. A call well away from the area I live, claiming to be dealing with energy supplies in my area, and problems with Government grants for loft insulation, but a problem has been found causing damp and mould in the loft insulation. An offer is made to check and replace the loft insulation, to then be charged for work that is simply not required.

Said my number had been given through Reactive Media - another company that is rated untrustworthy - no idea how they got my number (I am on TPS). I had a missed call from this number and having read here that it was a debt collection company I panicked that I had forgotten to pay something! Just been contacted by this number,claimed to be from(cooperative energy)asking for an up to date reading of my meters.I normally supply them online at the beginning of the month(which is only 2 days away) I gave them the readings and then they asked if they were located inside or outdoors.They also asked if they were accessible to an engineer should they need to call???????? This has all the makings of a SCAM.I have notified my energy provider regarding this matter
