hello my wife has had 3 calls from the tsb insurance being miss-sold today i was to speak to a person for the 4th time but his work partner phoned to say this person is off sick . the last call was an apology for taken so long to solve my problem and has given me £50 by cheque this has not arrived yet , strange as on my last call i did state that i was concerned that this is a hoaks call but they do have all my mortgage and insurance details i am thinking of phoning the bank now
