Automated call SCAM Claiming suspicious activity with my national insurance number, prompting to act urgently and press a number to call back to sort it.

SCAM Guy called Daniel Gomes purporting to be from Amazon Prime informing me that someone in Manchester had tried to use my account and they needed to verify my details or my account would be suspended for my protection. I did not supply any information, but was told to think about it and call back on 0208 123 7233 which I certainly did not do. I was called again later and this time I hung up. I have received genuine e-mails from Amazon mentioning this type of scam.

They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. I received a call from this number today (14.04.23) - did not pick up phone but they left a message, that there have been "unusual activites/transcation" on my card (not mentioned which one). They asked to press #1 to cancle these transactions or #2 to speak to a member of their support team. COMPLETE SCAM!

Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.

it;s the usual lowlife trying desperately trying to rob me of my pension pot. I'd like them to have a go at my bank, I'd get rid of my overdraft then! Automated call Called by this number saying that this is a warning that some money will be taken from my account today. I have never heard of a bank that calls a person without the person calling forst so it is obviously a scam. Not sure how they scam, but I have blocked this caller now and it will be blocked forever. Just be aware and check your passwords etc on your bank details.

I received a call from 01174418934, rang two times and I picked up, then they hanged up. Highly likely that this is a scam or fraud attempt -- the real fraud will begin when/if you call them back. I do not recommend calling back this number. Fraud SPAM SCAM

Someone calling himself Steven from Security Awareness Scotland supposedly offering a free home security system in exchange for information about domestic circumstances He made some excuse and apologised when I told him he shouldnt be calling as Ive been registered with TPS for years I dont know what sort of scam it is but sounds extremely dodgy anyone who is security aware should just hang up Number now blocked and reported to ICO

Spam phone cal adivisng activity on my credit card

Had a call from this number at 13.30 on 23/02/22. Upon answering i waited for the person to speak first, it was an asian sounding person in a call centre. As soon as they asked how i was today i asked straight out if they were a scammer to which they responded yes they were a scammer and a fraudster followed by oh my god repeated several times. I stated the call should now end and looked online to find number belongs to a sushi bar in London so this number was spoofed/cloned and not the genuine number.
