They ask for your IBAN number, the name of your bank, your address and then they sent a fake email saying that they have transferred money to your account. Received a call from this number, but already know of the scam where they are pretending to be sky and pretending to want to improve your connection. When in actual fact they ask you to download an app which gives them full access to all of your mobile phone/financial data and locks you out
