Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. I asked again, who's calling please? and they repeated the name AGAIN. I then said,. NO, Mr X isnt calling, you are... Who are you? to which they muttered,. Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.
