I had been receiving from this "Choose Lifestyle" too for last few days. Then I contacted my mobile provider. They suggested to call TPS: 0845 0700 707 or go to their website on tpsonline.org.uk and register to block any call-calls. I hope that will be helpful.

Advised me I could claim for an accident with my car. Caller knew the reg. etc, I currently have the car advertised in Internet. Caller said he represented insurance connector (or that is what it sounded like).

I have been called at least 10 times in the past 2 days, on the last call I told them that I was registered on TPS, caller then confirmed that I did not want to receive calls and apologised! I will provide update on whether calls persist

Same as others, a call asking if I d worked in industry. When I reply that I want them to take my number off their list they hang up. Last call, I told them I would start billing them for my time (I heard about someone who successfully did this) Anyway, have barred the number on my phone but had done this already to another number used by same or similar people.

The rating on this should have been 9, but appeared as one.

Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!

A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.

Called by Redstar saying that I had come up on their consumer database that showed I had a number of unpaid refunds from the bank. What utter rubbish! Do not trust ghis number!

I missed two calls - the second one today 17/09/16. I looked the number up online - didn t find any comments. Rang the number back - there is a voicemail message that says it is a Market Research company and how to get more information about them. If you did want to speak to them they can be contacted on 01908 278303 - maybe to get your number removed from their list. They do have a website - might give info re how to do this on there. Or block them/don t answer if you are not interested.
