Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. Fraud -They Said they were from 02 promotional dept & as I was a loyal customer they would be giving me a discount , they said they were texting me a code which I needed to read back to them ... Spoke to 02 , they have no such dept & said if I had given them the code they would have been able to access my aps & go on a spending spree
