cold caller.....do i want a refund on a credit card i dont have

Had about 10 missed calls, hence looks up number and of course cold caller

Accident claims "If you have been involved in an accident..."

Keeps calling every day (often multiple times a day) and leaving silent voicemail messages which I have to pay to access. Have now sent this number to my reject list but expect more from a reputable company like the AA.

I was conned out of ?180 under the pretence of a date paying ?400! This was cancelled and I m now being fobbed off!!! How do I get a refund??!!

very persistent caller called six times in the day. picked up once to be told they wanted to stop my nuisance calls LOL

After being scammed before are very wary of cold calls and scams. However, this one was picked up without really looking or thinking but I must say this seems a dangerous one because this did sound almost genuine with (as above, claiming to be HMRC). In our case, the line just went dead after it told us to press one to speak to an officer. This is one that could catch unexpecting people out so be careful! We keep it as rule that if in any doubt, ONLY answer numbers that are 0800 or gov numbers (030) unless

But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. This number called asking about my banking with the royal bank of Scotland ( whom I don’t bank with ) a female with an English accent. When I questioned who she was they hung up.

It looks like the Hearing Clinic has morphed into the Pension Clinic. A woman caller wanting to know about my pension provision. I didn t give any info but she admitted the Pension Clinic was a private company.
