Had to add the number to my TrueCaller and Kaspersky number filters to stop the harassment by this particular number 3-4 times a week for the last 3 weeks! Reported it to the ICO. It s stupid that we have to have apps to filter so**ing cold callers!

Fraud , indian female , claiming she was from virgin media, asking if i was aware my broadband would be cut off in a couple of hours as there had been a lot of illegal activity from my account. she hung up after i pushed her to give me information about my account. i am not sure whether it was passwords or payments she was after but she got nada from me and hung up.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. A robot saying there was a warrant for my arrest due to my "tax evasion". The robot informed me I would be arrested if I did not press one. Pressed one as a joke to see what would happen - they put me in hold and then a man answered. I said "you are under investigation for fraud" and he hung up lol You can't call the number it will say it is not recognised as well

Caller identified himself as energy savings company in Great Yarmouth, and asked if I was home owner. I told him I d had a call from them a week ago and had said I wasn t interested in solar panels. He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Repeatedly offered me a free evaluation which I declined, then he hung up (politely) when he saw he wasn t persuading me.
