So of course, I tried them again. Unfortunately, 'line busy'. So I politely waited 5 minutes before I phoned them again. Alas, no response. So I'm currently waiting half an hour. I feel bad for them. This is an external number very possibly india - set up to come through 0800 exchange - as everyone who has made a comment here re how often they call I suggest if it is virgin media with an offshore call center they need to close it or at least have them able to answer everyones questions and not just repeat their own questions off a printed list - everyone hates annoying pestering calls close it down or do some proper training for ur advertizements / new packages

I requested a catalogue in the post (so I could have a look without speaking to anyone) and about 1 hour after filling in the online form, I ve started to receive around 3 or 4 calls a day, now for well over a week. I haven t answered them, but I m really annoyed and suggest this marketing tactic isn t a good idea in general.
