They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. Today I have received a call from the same number on my mobile, which is a consecutive number to the OH s mobile number. No way I would call an 0843 number for a service I wanted never mind for one I don t know about.

Wasn't sure if it was genuine so rang Halifax. They asked me some questions and said the call was genuine, also he was very helpful. If in doubt call your local branch.
