As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. Internet - Claimed to be calling from open reach to assist with poor upload / download speeds claiming it was due to my router but they didn't even know what router I had! I explained that if they wanted to find the problem that they should send an engineer to the telephone pole opposite where the cover had been off for about 12 months and where the wires were open to the elements. I hung up before the lady could offer to sell something to put it right !

spoke to a girl called Meghan, she was polite at first but then became rude and sharp once I said I won t be spending any more money on my adwords. She also laughed at me when I mentioned I m experimenting with it and I prefer to learn by mistakes. She was also eating while speaking to me. Doesn t seem like a company I d ever want to deal with.
