Reported to be from Homeserve but in my Opinion if really Homeserve and you have an account with them, they would write to you rather the phone to make you an offer of a lower rate. Most likely sme sort of scam

Sent to Surrey Police at 1506 11 May 2014 This is not a complaint against the Police. I am complaining about telephone number 01274 792012 whom are harassing me. They telephoned yesterday 10 June 2014. The first two times I answered, silence then rings off. The third time an Asian answered stating an English Christian Name. I confirmed my name, he then tried to quiz me about my personal data and residence, I refused to confirm anything, I told the caller that I was terminating the call and not to call me

Hi I have gotten about 4 missed calls from +442890438150. If i answer it goes dead. My mobile rings about 3 times and then it goes. I trying to block my number on my mobile. This is the 3rd number this guy has called me from. I keep blocking his calls but he calls from another number. i have told him that I don t want his calls and that I know it s a scam but it doesn t seem to deter him.
