Caller claimed to be from Microsoft, and there was a problem with my computer. I hung up after a couple of minutes, caller did not call back. The caller new my name and address.

Usual 5/6/7 second silence gap after answering the call to "DANIEL" introducing himself,,DEAD GIVEAWAY IN ITSELF!!!!!
