Got a call this morning from a lady. I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Thick accent and slow sounding voice. I repeatedly apologised for not being able to understand and asked her to repeat herself. She hung up.

Expect a PPI or similar as they didn t leave a message and came up number unknown when I tried calling it back, therefore blocked it.

called about PPI that I was owed but weren t able to provide any details of when (or if!) I had taken out a loan and didn t know who I banked with. DO NOT TRUST!

Twice this week have had Indian ladies with strong accents with an offer for me from Sky as I am over 60 - which I am not. The first one argued with me about my age and slammed the phone down the second one insisted I hadn t received the first call but slammed the phone down when I said I was not over 60.

Rang saying they were from Microsoft (they have rung several times before) asked if I was before the computer said no getting repaired(fib) back next week Asked how muck will it cost to repair said £2 I have had this done before a year ago they said £10 then asked for my details and tried to take out £835 DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS EG SORT CODES ACCOUNT NUMBERS PASS WORDS DATE OF BIRTH GIVE A FALSE Just string them along for a day or two and then ask them to "catchSpiders" GOOD LUCK

Those pesky calls I get almost daily and if so, not only one but several per hour. A conversation never was yet, as is always the same hook. Want the one that I m going crazy?

I m so sick of sales calls to my mobile that I don t answer unknown numbers any longer. This Derby number has telephoned me at least twice a day over the last three weeks, no message is ever left, so I know they are not bonafide. I have requested companies take my info off their databases in the past and have threatened to report them, but I m not sure it has any effect. They seem a law unto themselves.

I am registered with TPS and would never consider buying from a company that refuses to respect that request for privacy. Apart from anything else, a lack of respect for the law in this one respect suggests they may be less than law abiding in others (e.g. building regulations!). Reports on other "nuisance call" sites confirm this firm is best avoided.
