An asian sounding gentleman rang from this number, said has name was Daniel, and that he would only take up a minute of my time, and then wouldn t bother me again. He knew my name and postcode. I asked what it was all about, as I wouldn t give any information until then. He hung up.

Got a call at work for a hair appointment in Derby (approx. 200miles from where I live). Never heard of them but they knew my name and where I worked.

Automated voice "You have been called as part of a marketing campaign" at this point I hung up.

I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. I ve not been on holiday for over 11 years. I ve repeatedly asked for my number to be taken off the system. But when I ask for the company s name or to speak to the manager, they hand the phone up. A scam call about an Amazon payment. Mentioned a London address.

Called today at 12.00pm. Asked for a Mr David Vine, then hung up rapidly, not interested in a reply.

Said it was Halifax bank of Scotland they wer on my mobile I said ring the land line in 2 mins thet did not !!

Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!! It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!

As other companies very shirty gobs**** going on about our utilities and saying he wanted to speak to the M.D (acted like they knew him) as i had been most un-helpful.

Sky asked for password and mother’s maiden name also asking me to confirm name and address wanted all password

saying I had accident, could claim compensation, real pain in the butt!

Got an unsolicited call from this number. Did not pick up the phone but dialled 1471 to find out the number that had called me. Turned out to be Solution Marketing of Nottingham so I have complained to the TPS with whom my landline is registered.
