Call disconnected as soon as l answered. Immediately called back several times, but would get disconnected.

This was a quick call to my mobile which ended within a few seconds of me saying hello They are PPI adventurers and the call was an automated one to check if my number was populated

I ve worked there, Sabrina is fit as faf btw. It s openreach who manage the lines perhaps if you took 20 seconds of your time to google that rather than vent your frustration online you d know that. Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam? You ve got line rental and broadband with two different providers, it s the the 21st century, no one even does that anymore so how bad can a package be? Also

I answered the call to be asked if I d had a car accident before I could finish the word no I was TOLD someone definitely had an accident in my car!! I replied, well no one told me about it and they were nice enough to repair the damage and put my car back without me knowing ;-) don t answer the phone guys..these fools are opportunists!

Called but left no message in response to my "this number blocks withheld and unrecognised numbers" message, but it is clear from the numerous other reports that it is a standard Indian "Your commputer is infected" criminal fraudster. What surprises me is that many people do not seem to realise that the number displayed is spoofed and that the call actually comes from an Indian criminals call centre. The call was to arrange a delivery for an order placed by catalogue company Very. Because I didn t answer they sent a text message to call and an order number to quote. Hope this helps
