SCAM / SPAM They claimed to be looking into some fraudulent activity attached to my insurance number. When I asked if they could provide me with my insurance number, they hung up. They had a long spiel about how my insurance number had been used to hire a boat (!?) and found blood and cocaine on this boat later or something like that. Big accusations, clearly nothing to back it up.

This was a recorded message telling me that a fraud case is being raised in my name (didn't mention my name though) and I should press 1 now to prevent a criminal case being reported to the police.
chinese - i think - the only word i understood was dhl. a scam as i have no dealings with dhl. i just let the call go on so they wasted their money.

Said they were Mcafee support, handling issue relating to our home "network" which would mean all devices using network (he meant router) would shortly become infected and stop working. Wanted £200 to fix, as our Mcafee didn't cover "network". Said we'd call back and given this number. Subsequently checked with Currys who support some of our tech who confirmed it's a scam
