The caller sounded unprofessional and it was clear they were having a joke and banter as I could a lot of laughing in the background. They asked for the wrong surname so wouldn t surprise me that the caller was not concentrating.

Fraud. Automated Female recording about a visa txn - asking to enter a number to respond to questions. Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. This is not the first time they have called (2 other have been received around same time each day (9:15am to 9:30am) so some automated call scheduler is involved.

This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. I ve been on holiday for a couple of days. upon my return if found my answering machine with 26 calles from this number. no one ever speaks.
This is a scam - they claim to be HMRC (although he pronounced it HRMC!) and are asking for student tax to be paid. I told them that I am 16 and not working and therefore not eligible for tax. He - an Indian sub continent accented person - insisted I have to pay it until I informed him that I actually work for HMRC and this is a scam. He admitted it was and rang off. NOTE: I don't work for HMRC and I am not 16. BEWARE!!!!

Sounded like a call centre. Name of Kayley with a London accent. About extending warranty on my washing machine. My correct name and address was quoted but no specifics regarding make or when washing machine was bought. She didn't identify which agency she represented.

Called to say I had been working in a factory in Blackburn and had health issues. I asked what details they hold and specify the health issues - they could only confirm the name and mobile number. Very rude person & called back numerous times.
