Calls constantly at bad times (like between 6 and 7pm) - never leaves a message. One time I answered and I could hear machines and ringing in the background but no one spoke.
Lewis called me yesterday evening claiming to be representing Colchester Borough Council. I immediately thought it was a wheeze to get credibility and replied that it was surprising an outfit like CBC wasn t aware of the TPS. And hung up.

Took ages for them to answer once I d answered the call then on a very bad line asked if I was Miss (First name) (Middle name). I m not a Miss and presumably they know I might not have the same surname they have for me anymore. I m always sceptical of people using my first and middle name so hung up but it didn t sound like his English was very good.
