You say no and they hang up with no apology for wasting your time etc...... PPI claim company. It's the one advertised by John Cleese. You can easily claim your PPI back by yourself by simply writing to the bank or credit card etc. If you get an outside company to do it they will charge you, so you end up still loosing money that belongs to you!
