I phoned Avios to ask about a ferry booking. They kept me hanging on so I only spoke to someone for about 30 seconds. The total call was 6 minutes and cost me over £10!!

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls. Did someone answer any number of this range?
