Identified himself as being from 'dcs' saying his records indicate I had a road traffic incident in the last 5 years. Hung up on him.

Apparently we ve had an accident and he wants to help us! The mobile number hasn t been given out as it s new so definitely a scam. Now blocked.

I ve worked there, Sabrina is fit as faf btw. It s openreach who manage the lines perhaps if you took 20 seconds of your time to google that rather than vent your frustration online you d know that. Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam? Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!
