I asked where he had got my number from as mine was X-Directory and he shouldn’t have it. As I was asking him to delete it he kept forcibly talking over me. I hung him. Blocked his number with BT. Claimed to be from "British Technical Department" and there was a problem with my internet. Hung up when I asked if his company was a division of Openreach. I only answered because it appeared to be a local call for me.

This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.
