This is a scam do not press 1 or engage with them and absolutley do not share any of your bank details or make any payments. This was an automated call claiming to be from a bank (unspecified), warning me about two purchases through Amazon, on my bank card. I had a similar call for a local number earlier in the day. I didn't click 1 or 2 to authorise or to get help. Apparently the number is a landline in Bangalore!
Called to say my washing machine insurance was due to expire, it isn t and told them so and hung up, when i redialled this number i got unobtainable or no such number tone....
