Everyone's saying this is from MyHeritage. I bought their DNA kit after reading, in a "Which" type comparative report, that they were the best. I paid my money (£49 + £12 p&p). Kit arrived from the USA, I returned the samples, had receipt acknowledged a few days later, waited the expected 4 weeks and got my ancestry analysis back. Asian lady, who I couldn't understand, claiming to be from the government department claims advisory group. Apparently they had a cheque to send me for overpaid bank charges. Told her to send it to me, but she wanted my DOB. When challenged that surely they knew this as they had my name and number and address etc, then they must already have my DOB, she said it was for verification, at which point I thanked her for the call (it included a few expletives) and hung up.
