Hmm, this number is used by the LBM Intelligent Contact - this company works as a Call centre of a general use, mostly for big mobile players (O2, Orange, Vodafone, Sky). In most cases they are a legitimate callers, but many users just reported them as an unsolicited call. these people are a real nuisance, they have various numbers all beginning with 023 or 028 or 027. As far as I am aware no british numbers start with those figures. I had have about 10 calls in two days, blocked two of the numbers but they just use a differ

I asked her where this accident allegedly took place and she said 'in Glasgow' and I asked when it had taken place and she said 'last month' and I said that this was a phishing call.
