The recorded message says that they have been trying to contact you and that a legal action case has been opened against you and you must dial 1 immediately to speak to your case officer in a threatening sort of computer generated delivery. Just ignore it or report it via https://ico.org.uk/ and/or www.actionfraud.police.uk/

It seems this company is now acting on a new name of pre UK using the same telephone number. These arseholes are also calling my work place. How are they still getting away with it after all these complaints???? Surely something permanent must be done to stop them!!!! applied for loan online. received loads of ph calls & sms claiming they can sort loan, just ph them to proceed. same as other people are commenting, you get given another number to ph, which is 09no. told cost of call will be refuunded, & loan never materialises. Obviously a scam, got be fair though all seemed very genuine in beginning. glad i looked into it in more detail. 1 to avoid in future, have now blocked number
