01340 is a dialling code from Scotland - I don't know anybody in Scotland, and I was not at home when this call came through, but it's obviously somebody using a spoof...
I would suggest blocking this number. - they spammed my phone with calls (18 in the space of two days to be exact) I never usually answer unknown numbers but when I finally did as I deemed it to be important the amount they rang me however it was a scam call something to do with winning the lottery.
