Fraud, claiming my national insurance number has been compromised or something along the lines. It's a robotic female voice, not an actual caller. Don't trust them, if something like that happens, HMRC would send you a letter, maybe an ufficial email, not call you from a private phone number!

Asian sounding man called today from a call center. He was distracted by my dog barking and wanted to get into a conversation about my dog which was obviously a rouse to get me to try and interact with him. I rather abruptly interrupted him 3 times to ask how I can help him when he started mumbling something about post codes and fuel. By this time I'd had enough and said 'No thank you, goodbye' and put the phone down. He instantly redialed my number another 4 times but I rejected each call and have now

SCAM - Was sent a security code from O2 then recieved a call from the above number about 15 minutes after. I had already rung o2 to confirm with them if there was any suspisous activity and then i changed all security details.

By most users this number has been rated as a generic outbound number for Leeds City Council, but seems to be used for some call centre company.

I recieved a call from this number today to my landline phone, with caller display. As the number was not recognised I didn't answer. There was no message left. On checking the number, it appears to be a scam. The call was supposedly from BT.

Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. Readers can make up their own mind if the call was a Scam but in my mind the caller is already burning in hell in the eternal fire. Love and peace

Missed call When I tried ringing this missed call it said I had miss dialled. This leads me to believe it's a potential scam

As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.
