Fraud Caller had a strong accent and spoke poor english. There was a lot of background noise as you would expect from a call centre. Asked to speak to my husband but did not mention his first name. Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.

However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. I repeat, it is 02 03 314 77 91. Do not disregard this message and call us back. If you do not call us back, or we do not hear from your solicitor either. Then get ready to face the legal consequences. Good bye. And take care.” It is obviously a scary phishing phone call.

I don t know why they give out 0843 numbers because they all seem to be used for these types of premium rate scams. If you register for the non-existant prize draw you are charged huge sums for every message you get from them until all of your phone credit is gone.
