Today, someone called my number and claimed that they needed to repair my house. When I told them that they were a scammer, they immediately disconnected. The person sounded like they were from India and struggled with English.

Scammers are spoofing numbers. Or they are the scammers themselves. Had text scam from this number, fake voicemail msg with a dodgy link. Never reply. Never call. Never click on any links. B.R.D= Block. Report. Delete.

If this number contacts you about a "recruitment", it's a scam. Do not engage. And certainly don't deposit any money into their service, you're not getting it back.

SCAM Lady called "Ella Rose" from "Block Chain Network" called to tell me about the money I have lost from online trading. I know it is a scam as it is not relevant to me and they got my name wrong. Numbers they used were: 02080970131 and 02037400722

Caller apparently calling from Currys selling very cheap mobile phones. They hung up when I pointed out they had called a work phone, so probably a scam.

Very odd. Lady said she was doing research on behalf of a US charity into healthcare and no personal data would be taken. Asked how she got my number and she said it was 'randomly generated' by a computer. Very odd and certainly not into giving my views on our amazing NHS to a country that wants to bloody buy it off us!!

Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. They tried again on 21 Jan., this time from a different number 01216834924.

Before I did I redialled it with a automatic message saying UK Ties please hold till someone answers, now saying this number isn't recognised saying now Suspected Scam on my mobile. Claimed to be EE, highly doubtful, didn't know my name which EE would. Caller had very strong Indian accent, everytime I've spoken to EE they've had UK based centres, also when questioned about call origin she wasn't sure where call was routed from...very suspicious Definitely seemed very scam-like
