Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. I am hard of hearing, most know this and I seldom get calls now unless important.

Got a call this morning from a lady. I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Thick accent and slow sounding voice. I repeatedly apologised for not being able to understand and asked her to repeat herself. She hung up.

Twice this week have had Indian ladies with strong accents with an offer for me from Sky as I am over 60 - which I am not. The first one argued with me about my age and slammed the phone down the second one insisted I hadn t received the first call but slammed the phone down when I said I was not over 60.

Called me but i didnt answer. Called back and the automated message said i was called today from RK Legal regarding my car crash (never had one) Pressed 9 to not be called back but assuming they were trying to sell me stuff (Im on the TPS so totes illegal!)

The calls are scams. They originate from Asia using spoofed numbers. Use your telephone provider's call-blocking service if they offer it.

Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. Microsoft ringing me about my computer. A scam..... when I asked them to cut to the chase and describe to me what was the exact scam they were trying to drop on me, they rang off. Strange....LOL
