Told me about a wellness survey I had conducted, which happened to be true. She then tried to entice me with a free trial to " help their research". She denied anything about wanting to sell me anything but this is patently untrue. boarderline scam as untruthfull.

Then proceeded the sales chat even though my contract isn t due for renewal Sept 2018. Foreign sounding bloke who said he was from SSE and quoted the postcode or our rental property. He said it was a courtesy call checking the details were correct, which made me very wary as SSE/SWALEC usually write if there is a query. He wanted my full name and date of birth. At that point I told him that I would never give that information over the phone and that I was going to finish my tea. I put the phone down on him. Makes me wonder where they get the information from.
