Asian sounding man called today from a call center. He was distracted by my dog barking and wanted to get into a conversation about my dog which was obviously a rouse to get me to try and interact with him. I rather abruptly interrupted him 3 times to ask how I can help him when he started mumbling something about post codes and fuel. Fraud, claiming my national insurance number has been compromised or something along the lines. It's a robotic female voice, not an actual caller. Don't trust them, if something like that happens, HMRC would send you a letter, maybe an ufficial email, not call you from a private phone number!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2071934xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with robocalls, classical insurance marketing - "have you been in a car accident", mostly something called Sky Expert Guidance team. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
