Called to say that my computer infected

I received a call from this number today, but as soon as I answered they hung up.

Another accident claim call, different this time though as it was a recorded message designed to sound polite and conversational like a live caller. Company name was stated but too quickly and barely audibly. States they have information of involvement in an accident and asks to confirm whether you have had an accident in last 3 years. Cut off when incorrect responses given!

I am listing this number as harrassment (likely scam) because I had 5 withheld calls after midnight which I subsequently blocked - followed immediately by this number which is now also blocked. I m guessing origin is overseas as UK callers would know not to call after midnight!

Twitter seems to have had the desired result. Only 1 call since I posted this. i am a disabled person with a spech and heairproblem .. this number keeps callling me .. i do not know what for i ama ex directory so they have no need to phone me and i do not know how they have got my number as i have only given it to 3 people , all family members
