This is someone lying in order to try and get business away from your energy providers and therefore any information you give them could be used fraudulently!

A indian man called "Michael" rang saying he was from my television company, and he was going to reduce my repair and maintenance insurance for my television from ?7 to ?5. He then checked my name and address and was going to transfer my to his manager to take my payment details! What a load of rubbish and a scam! It s people making out to be Vodafone, to scam people out of money and get bank details.
