This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. They take you to Event Viewer administrative events in order to show you a scary page with yellow warning triangles and red error messages. Then to another caller for their main strike. Got a call from this number at 13:00 today. No message left when my answerphone kicked in. Tried a call-back, as it is a relatively local Hull exchange number but guess what - The number is unrecognised. Yet another telepest. Number now barred on my system.

National Debt Advice Helpline, cold call. Keep receiving calls from these people on different numbers every single day. Have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list. Obviously not professionals as they do not adhere to TPS rules, potentially scammers.
