A recorded message warned me that my bank account was to be charged to continue my membership of Amazon Prime after a free trial. I don't belong to Amazon Prime! I did not dial 1 as suggsted to speak to someone, particularly because although I do have an Amazon account my name was not given in the call. Phishing at best, access to my bank account possibly?

Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). No Answer when picked up. eventually a recorded 'Goodbye', so probably either either checking my number is live or expecting people to bring back if their answerphone picked up the message and its assumed an important call missed.

He then said "We re calling because of some information we ve been pass-" and then he hung up on me. Presumably he knew I couldn t be fleeced!
