SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me
Foriegn guy called said he was from a company called Certik, said I had invested in a company called go365 in 2022, sums of 250 then 500 and then 1000 pounds, he said someone had stolen my identity and was using my identity to invest. SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

Part of a block-dialing network usually starting with 020 8058 xxxx, phone rings, if you answer call is hung up. No doubt part of a vile scammer outfit using auto-dialers - I get 020 8058 calls a couple of times a month.

SPAM checking on Google the number appears to belong to Niagra Heathcare in Crawley. There is no reason for them to be calling me, we rarely use our landline and would not have given out this number.
