0800 012 3123 is a scammer claiming to be from Aberdeen (the finance company?), asking for bank card details.

Calls then when you pick up and say hello - they hang up. You can call the number back but it s either engaged or a dead tone??? Very strange!!

Basically they re a fishing company, poorly-paid scammers doing blanket cold calling asking "have you had an accident in past 3 years" (citing they have bogus "information at hand") until, inevitably, someone says "yes". Cue then a selling job about how they can claim compo for you (for a % price). Not a scam; just a sad reflection of compensation culture and call-centre mentality. Hang up immediately; or if you want to be arsey, engage person in pointless conversation (though it isn t really his/her fault)

Some scabby asian b*stard Albert claims to be from BT. Call him a c*nt and hang up.

Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.

Marketing phonecall. I blocked the original number and then they rang through on this number.

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Had a feeling this was ADT, haven t confirmed it but the comments seem to strongly indicate ADT. On top of the 0161 code. Just rang now at 3.19 in the morning, about five to six rings before I d even got to it, and then stopped. This is police officers radio which goes point to point into landline hence the number. Its from there radio handset and its a set number.

This number calls me multiple times a day, the caller tries to sell me a mobile telephone contract at a discounted rate, I have asked many times for my telephone number to be removed from there calling lists but to no avail

I have blocked this number but it still appears on my screen but without the ring tone fed up with it now !!!
